New spot in Thornton makes some spectacular Thai food. I loved the egg rolls and the pad Thai (medium) had the best flavor. Can’t wait to come again!

Liang’s is very tasty. That being said, the portion sizes for to-go orders are way too small. My wife and I both laughed when we unboxed our Pad Cashew tonight and saw the entree portion was the size of my fist. I know these places can’t make money if they’re just giving away food, but there’s got to be a better way than these to-go boxes.

We have been looking for a new Thai place for months since the last good one nearby changed ownership and lost the good food. I have been waiting since summer for this location to open, and I was SO happy with the meal. They have a small menu (good sign), with the tried and true favorite thai dishes. We had the pad basil and the green curry. Both were absolutely amazing. The spicy was fantastic, amazing flavors all around. The rice was also cooked perfectly. The fried red bean paste fish cakes were also super tasty. We finished off with the mango sticky rice that was chefs kiss. Overall, I was super happy with this place. My only complaint is the cost is a tad high at 17 dollars an entree, but really is comparable with quality places nearby. At the end of the day, Ill definitely be coming back here, and expect it to be a regular Thai place for me.

We moved this year from wheat ridge and were sad to leave our favorite Thai restaurant. We are so happy this place opened up near us! The green curry is my favorite and as someone who’s traveled to Thailand several times, it feels very authentic to me.
